Hehasabdicatedgovernntherebydecrgoutofhisproteandwaggwaragast.

Hehaspnderedourseas,ravagedourasts,burntourtowns,aroyedthelivesofourpeople.

Heisatthistitransprgeariesoffnrariestopletetheworksofdeath,desotionandtyranny,alreadybegunwithcircesofcrueltyandperfidyscarcelyparalleledtheostbarbaroages,andtotallyunworthytheheadofacivilizednation.

HehasnstraedourfellowCitizenstakencaptiveonthehighseastobearArsagasttheiruntry,tobeetheexecutionersoftheirfriendsandBrethren,ortofalltheselvesbytheirhands.

Ineverystageoftheseoppressioionedforredresstheosthubleters.Ourrepeatedpetitionshavebeenansweredonlybyrepeatedjury.Aprce,whosecharacteristharkedbyeveryactwhichaydefeatyrant,isunfittobetherulerofafreepeople.

NorhavewebeenwantgattentionstoourBritishbrethren.

Wehavewarhefrotitotiofatteptsbytheirlegisturetoextendanunwarrantablejurisdiover.

Wehaverededtheofthecircesofratiohere.

Wehaveappealedtotheirnativejtidagnaniity,andwehavehebythetiesofouronkdredtodisavowtheseurpations,whichwouldevitablyterruptourionsandrrespondence.

Theytoohavebeeothevoiceofjtidofnsanguity.Wet,therefore,acquiescethey,whichdenouncesourSeparation,andholdthe,asweholdtherestofankd,EneiesWar,PeaceFriends.

We,therefore,therepresentativesoftheUatesofArica,Generalgress,Assebled,appealgtothesuprejudgeoftheworldfortherectitudeofourtentions,do,thena,andbytheauthorityofthegoodpeopleoftheselonies,solenlypublishanddecre.Thattheseunitedloniesare,andhtoughttobefreeanddepestates;thattheyareabsolvedfroallAllegiaotheBritish,andthatallpolitiioheandtheStateofGreatBritaisandoughttobetotallydissolved;andthatasfreeanddepestates,theyhavefullpowertolevywar,ncdePeatractalliances,establishCorce,andtodoallotherActsandThgswhichdepestatesayhtdo.

AndforthesupportofthisDecration,withafirreliantheproteofdiveprovidence,weutuallypledgetoeachotherourlives,ourfortunesandoursacredhonor.
