Muchhasbeengivento,anduchwillrightfullybeexpectedfro.Wehavedutiestoothersanddutiestoourselvesandweshirkher.Wehavebeeagreatnation,forcedbythefactofitsgreatoretionswiththeothernationsoftheearth,abehaveasbe-seesapeoplewithsuchresponsibilities.Towardallothernations,rgeandsall,ourattitudetbeoneofrdialandscerefriendship.Wetshownotonlyourwords,butourdeeds,thatweareearlydesiroofsecurgtheirgoodwillbyactgtowardtheaspiritofjtandgeionofalltheirrights.Butjtidgenerosityanation,asandividual,untostwhenshownnotbytheweakbutbythestrong.Whileevercarefultorefrafrdogothers,wetbenolesssistentthanwearenedourselves.Wewishpeace,butwewishitbecaewethkitisrightandnotbecaeweareafraid.Noweaknationthatactsanfullyandjtlyshouldeverhavecaetofear,andnpowershouldeverbeabletosgleoutasasubjectforsolentaggression.
